  • How much does the cattle cost?
    Price depends on Heifer cow or Bull. Share prices depend on current meat market prices.
  • How are the cattle cared for?
    Grass fed; non-gmo hay in the winter No antibiotics or growth hormones Born and raised on site with their parents.
  • Will we need to provide our own transportation to a butcher?
    When you buy a share the cattle is processed on the farm in a humane manner. After processing meat will be sent to a butcher place and packaged up. Once packaged you can make arrangements to pick up your frozen share.
  • How can I get involved in the Ol'Barn Cooperative Garden?

  • How much time do we need to commit to for the Garden?
    With a working share you will need to put in between 6 and 10 hours a week. Families are welcome, and working hours vary based on when you are available to come and work. See the Flyer on the "Home" page for all the details.
